Have you heard of any memory enhancers in Europe? What do European college students use for better memory and concentration? Have you heard anything about Vinposetine?
When I was doing research for a paper on accelerated learning, I remember reading where they regularly use herbs such as Ginko and Ginseng. In the papers I read, it stated that herbal medicines and tonics were more accepted by the medical profession in Europe. But he main two is Ginko and Ginseng.
Ginseng - siberian
Ginko Biloba
Lecithin
Selenium
Vit. E, B1, B6, B2
Pantothenic Acid
Choline Bitartrate
A few others that make it all absorb better..
Those are the basics.. Find something that has all of them so you arent taking 50 tablets or capsules..
Hope that helps
