What I am wondering is this. When you are finished photoreading a book can you immediatly start photoreading another book? Will this cause a problem with comprehension of each book?

This topic is discussed in "When there's a Will, there's an A." Optimally, do not combine subjects. Activate a book on one subject to the point where you have what you need before you PhotoRead another book. Obvious exceptions are when dealing with school textbooks. It's best to PhotoRead ALL the books before activating ANY of the books. Also, when dealing with multiple books on the same subject, there is a cumulative value in PhotoReading them all at once.

You can photoread one book after another just remember to mentally state what you expect from each book and say the closing affirmation that you expect from the book. There usually is not need to repeat the full process of entering the Accelerative Learning State because you remain close during your affirmations. If your feel yourself drift out of it somewhat during your opening and closing between books it's ok. You'll return to your optimal level within the first 12 pages or so of the next book.
