Longer bed-based programs seem to be reaching the upper limits of my physical comfort zone. After about 20 minutes max, I just have to roll over on my side or else I'm no longer comfortable.

Does anyone know of any good headphones that are comfortable for when one is laying one's side?

Koss make some that are in the ear with some flexi rubber type stuff... you fit them in and they stay put. The come with extra molds so you can find the best fit. I find them easier on a pillow and they stay in better than those bud type headphones.

Kaiden--
Go to www.ToolsForWellness.com on this site, they have a pillowcase with speakers built in so all you have to do is plug into your headset. Pillowsonic Stereo Speaker

Hope This Helps

Thanks to both of you.

Shortly after posting, I remembered that my bed is actually adjustable... I just don't like sleeping in an "adjusted" position, but raising the head and feet makes it easier to "snooze" during longer programs, and I can always put my bed back to flat after I'm done.
