Kobold:

You're right in that aspect. Treat each chapter within that book as smaller books themselves during activation. Once you feel that you have gotten everything that you need from that chapter, then do the next chapter.

Kobold:

PR the book like you would any other book and adhere to the 5 steps. Once you PR'd the book, get away from it and let it incubate for 24 hrs. Then when you are really to activate, you may want to PR the chapter before, the actually chapter that you plan to activate, and the one after. I call it "The Sandwich" step for activating individual chapters.

Preview about 8 minutes then photoread the whole book. Do a 30 minute activation / postview of the whole book from cover to cover.

Then activate chapters like a book (fully until it gels before moving onto the next one).

You can photoread the chapter before activation again (include 2 chapters before and 2 chapters after; totalling 5 chapters where possible) That helps with the activation and holds the "books" together.

When it comes to photoreading just stay with it it's roughly the same as photoreading 3 books one after the other and with direct learning we do 5 to 6 one after the other so the photoreading process while a little longer will still be manageable.

Thank you very much,
but what is with the first chapter?

Just photoread that and the next two chapters, just prior to activating. The first chapter is usually the basics from which the others follow.

How can you stay in the right state while photoreading the whole thing? When I PR my textbooks, the problem I have is that I get tired of flipping and my mind just can't stay relaxed anymore. Are you guys actually capable of flipping through 700+ pages in one sitting?

I flipped through 40 books in an hour.

700 pages is really only 6 to 8 minutes of flipping and you really don't need to stress it since you can photoread up to 5 chapters again before activating.
