For the Super Reading about 3 or 4 seconds a page. During the Dipping add about 15 seonds per dip. If you are taking longer than this then you are lapsing towards traditional reading. Especially the Dipping people.
AlexK will correct me on my times, won't you AlexK , but these are the timings I use.
You are perfection.

For activation 4 to 10 seconds per page superreading. When you dip this will add to the time so during activation you be doing 4 to 30 seconds per page using superreading and dipping.
If you use skittering you can expect to average 10 to 20 seconds per page. For Academic books skittering is often a must because of the long paragraphs and othen lack of order.

To get the book to gel fully for you as a beginner you can expect to need 1/3 the time it take you to traditionally read the book. So if the book would normally take you 9 hours to tradionally read you need to expect to spend about 3 hours in activation.
