I looked in vain for qi'ssage using the search function. I guess some people have tried out this new combination of massage and qi gong form Chunyi Lin. Itr looks intriguing. Does anybody have experiences with qi'ssage to report on this forum? I would be really pleased to hear about them.

Aloha Kev,

I've done a couple of his Qi~ssage variations on my son two years ago as a bed time ritual, for about a year. Now I do Qi~ssage when he requests it, or he's under the weather with a cold (along with plenty of torso and arm cupping).

The Qi~ssage on the DVD and manual is set up so that anyone can do it. There are a couple more items in the routine geared for therapists that he has shown at the 6-day retreat in October, that I use on Zaiah, since I have him there in his bed.

For people who like a more hands-on approach, this is right up their alley. It is also a great prep for doing a healing session on someone via the Level 2 course steps. They offer stand alone Qi~ssage sessions at the SFQ Center, as well as Qi~ssage + regular Qigong sessions.

With my bodywork background, I like the Qi~ssage intro option, following with the Qigong healing - receiving and giving wise. Not only does it do a great job activating and waking up the channels, organs, and energy of the body, it sets the body up for the healing session so nicely, like active exercises set up you meditations.

Much Love,

Shawn

Hi Shawn

Thanks for your full acount of qi-ssage. It sounds great. I'm assuming that only the SFQ Centre sells this at the moment?

Aloha kev5,

Yes. They produced it and are currently selling it at the Center and classes. We'll have it available for sale to participants at the 6-day Retreat in October.

Much Love,

Shawn

Hi Kev5;

I can tell you about some experience I already have had in Spain, working with kids around 15 years old that have Autism, due to a study i found about Qigong in Autism from a Doctor in Salem Oregon. I have been applying The qissage almos 5 days a week with some exceptions since Eastern and they are responding really well to some behavior and comunication skills, it has not been easy at certain times because you have to adapt yourself to them as they are not staying constantly still like everyone else, but now parents are being taught Qissage so they can continue during the summer time as school will be close pretty soon.I also have done it in several people and they all get well and energize inmediately.
I also do it on myself sometimes and it works really ggod onm me too.
Love and Peace

Thanks for sharing that with us Willy. That is very inspiring.

Can you tell us more about the study by the doctor in Salem Oregon? Do you know his name or the name of the school or the study?

Thanks again.

The doctors name is Louis Silva.
Watch this link in U-tube
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NDZqQkJmSOs
and she will explain what she did.
I can tell you that she does a very good research and I fill that with Qissage no matter the age of the kids after applying it for several months you see a total difference,I am really very happy for the changes that i have seen in these kids that are 15 or 16years of age.
There is another treatment been applied with chelates because there is a study that shows how mercury that is present in all the vaccines is a cause for autism.
I only know that Qissage is much effective with no collateral effects.
So if you know someone that has autism introduce them directly to qissage.

Hi,

I have a question about Qi~ssage.

I would like to know if Qi~ssage can be used on myself? Does the Qi~ssage focus on self massage/self healing?

I'm asking this cause I've seen the youtube video and read the SFQ website and it mainly shows performing Qi~ssage on another person.

Thank you,

Kind Regards
Ahmed

Aloha Ahmed02,

They talk about doing the work on yourself in the course. There are some points you won't be able to effectively reach on yourself though.
