I checked out the site and the email followup videos.

You'll find variations of binaural beats from a lot of sources, including the Silva programs.

As Chunyi would say - there are a lot of systems out there. Be discerning on who is presenting it, and what is being presented, then stick with a system and instructor that resonates with you and your focus.
