What do I do with it? Is it for sitting meditation?

That is actually the music that is played behind the active exercises and sitting meditations in your Basic/Level One home study course. You probably received it as a bonus with your course. Most people either use it when they want to do a meditation or active exercise set on their own. Others just play it softly in the background of their home, bed room, or mediation room.
