Has Master Lin ever commented on tattoos? I was thinking about getting a SFQ tattoo on my arm to help in reminding me to practice. I've read some stuff on the internet where people have claimed that tattoos and piercings damage your aura and chakras and put holes in your etheric field. I'm not sure if I believe this though. Surely Master Lin would know though. So would a Tattoo damage my field?

It would be cheaper(and less painful) to set an alarm on your phone to buzz you during your scheduled Qigong time.
