After a month of SFQ she feels herself fine but there is an aggravation of a bladder (cystitis).

Im not sure what SFQ is but if you have the Qiging DVDs then use them, play with them and see how it goes!

I see all advantages of Qigong and want that mum would see them too. At my initial stage of training I do not try to treat other people but I try to involve them in a self-help Qigong. Thanks for the answer.
