Master Lin mentions the pancreas a lot. In Chinese Medicine (which I practice) we are not specifically taught about this organ system. Can anyone here tell me more about it? Does it have a meridian ?

The Pancreas is covered by the Spleen Meridian. Runs from the toe next to the big one, in front of the ankle up inside of leg then diagonal to the nipple and shoulder nest then finishing down under the arm pit. It has 20 pressure points that can cure problems of the stomach, urination, sex organs and inside of leg.Yin property, element of earth. Hope that helps.
