I appreciate the reminder about yin/yang water. I had stopped making it, but have started using it again.

I put a tspn of Healing Honey (from the Synergy Company) in it---or whatever honey I have available.

I use both honey & lemon. Quite good.

What about manuka honey? Would that be fine?
