I've been doing Qigong for about a month now and have
ear ringing. May be due to music, infection, stress, or
all three, not sure. I know that in the level two
manual there are suggestions for tinnitus, however
it's a little confusing as the suggestions relate
to someone healing another. It states that the four
energy centers in the head should be opened, via sword
fingers, before doing any work on the head. What
would constitute opening those centers if one were
to work on one's own head issues, like tinnitus? Any suggestions
for self healing relating to tinnitus? I did have a reading
done by an energy healer who claimed that the tinnitus was
caused by liver and infection issues as opposed to kidneys.

My message has no suggestions for self healing of tinnitus. Instead it adds a fourth major cause. I have chronic tinnitus from taking an ototoxic antibiotic. Thanks for posting your good request. I'm also interested in self-healing suggestions.
