I can't find any testimonies that Spring Forest Qigong is helpful for hemorrhoids. Here are my questions:
1. How can one use Level 2 or any Spring Forest Qigong for healing hemorrhoids?
2. What blockages are involved?
3. Do you know of anyone who healed hemorrhoids with SFQ?
Comment: I want to use Level 2 on myself. The manual doesn't list blockages for hemorrhoids, so I can't use Level 2 for them.

Open C7, and the relative areas of the spine where the block is.
Use the sword fingers (if someone else) or just concentrate on the dantien while visualizing and feeling Bright energy opens the spine.
Use the techniques from Level1&2, such as sword fingers to open the blockage and remove the blocked energy, you can send it 'through' yourself as well, OR use Bright energy to relax and open up the block.

2. What is "Bright energy" and how do you use it?
Comment: I've never heard of "Bright energy."

Comment: This is important because hemorrhoids are uncomfortable. Also it costs me $1,000 a year for a nutritional supplement that's not very effective.

In summary, open the neck if working with the head, shoulders, open the area around the heart, if working with the heart, etc.

2. energy with a 'very bright' visual aspect to it. You wouldn't want to use 'dim' energy when healing would you? Make it bright.
Verbal and written language lacks the ability to express the truer purposes of using Bright, and "very bright" concepts.
3. Not really, no. Can't say I have. I'm sure opening the energy blockages would be quite effective, with strong, clear intention and good visualization.

If a person is thirsty, one doesn't seek the answer in QiGong. One consumes water.
1. Purchase a one month supply of high dose probiotics.
2. Exclude from your diet white stuff devoid of nutrients (sugar flour).
3. Eat massive amounts of fruit and vegetables.
4. Supplement with a fibre mixture of psyllium, rice bran and oat bran (mix together and take a teaspoon 3 times a day, then I crease to a tablespoon.
5. Lavish the area in question with a pain killing ointment (need a prescription).
6. Gently walk to increase bodily movement
7. Use a hand shower to gently rinse and clean the area after bodily function.
You'll be cured.
You'll wonder why you ever had the problem in the first place.
All the above need calibrating.
