I see in the learning course, level 2, there is mentioned a level 3 and level 4. Where can I get the level 3 and 4 and what is the cost? Thanks.

The level 3 and 4 courses are taught only in person, with Master Lin or one of his more advanced students. Master Lin teachers at a college in the Minneapolis area and his course are offer through the college.

There are similar threads on this subject. If you do a search on this forum you'll find the information you need.

Those are just the meditations for level 3. They are not the instructional material of the course.

They don't seem to sell the course books for level 3 and 4. I'm sure they have them, but I guess they want people to take level 3 and 4 in person.
