What's the difference between Level 2 offered by Learning Strategies and the one on the Spring Forest Qigong site? Is one better than the other?

The Learning Strategies Spring Forest Qigong home study course is designed to teach Master Lin's Level II class in a variety of learning styles to new students and as an easy to use reference for those who have taken his class in person.
The lecture tapes/CDs are set up so one can relax and listen at home or on the road, while the manual reviews the major points from the lecture and gives visual breakdowns of the exercises and meditations. SFQ site chose to put this all together in their text manual.
Learning Strategies' Level II DVD has easy to maneuver menus so one can go right to a discussion of a specific energy system, blockage, technique, or example. The SFQ site's DVD is set up to play through as would a VHS tape.
