I'm curious to find out when people are arriving for the retreat. I wonder if I'd run into anyone at the airport - without knowing of course. My flight arrives at MSP airport at 1:40 PM on Saturday.

How far is the hotel from the airport? Is there any Qigong shuttle service?

The hotel is generally 35 minutes fromt the airport, 45 with traffic.

Participants normally take a taxi or Super Shuttle to and from the airport. Super Shuttle when they have more than one person, otherwise a taxi is just as inexpensive.

How's the weather in Minneapolis? I just checked the forecast for the next 10 days and I see daily highs around 57-62 and lows in the 40's and a couple of mid 30's. (http://www.weather.com - using zip code 55305)

Do we need to do any outdoor activities? I'm guessing a medium jacket will be okay.

Yes, the weather may be 57-63ish, the fall colors on display, and you'll want to pack layers as mentioned in other Retreat correspondance.

I'm not sure what your "picture" is of a medium jacket, but to me, it would cover 45-60 minutes of outdoor qigong in the afternoons.
