Just wondering if Master Lin ever mentioned the foods that he considers "best" to eat and foods that are best avoided?

Another question - When doing just a few of the active exercises in a session, is it important to do them in the order presented in the manual, or is it ok to go back and repeat one of the first exercises at the end of the session?

At the Retreat Master Lin mentioned doing ones best to eat local grown fresh foods as they keep your energy harmonized with your local environmment. Try to stay away from processed foods. He did mention about not eating to much animal meat as the vibration was very close to Humans.

I know of no reason you could not do the exercises in any order you want. You can pick one or do them all then start all over again.

The only advise Master Lin gave in the course was to do the active exercises and then go to Meditation, not the other way around.

Hope that helps.
