There have been several times in my life when I have truly felt blessed. Discovering Spring Forest Chi Kung has been one of those blessings, and since practicing for some time, I have felt like blessings are more a part of my life. I have received several phone healings from Master Lin - those are powerful blessings which enhance my health and practice.

I received this from a friend yesterday, and although I don't usually pass on the flurry of 'nice thoughts' that get bandied around the internet, after receiving this one I felt like I had just received a healing session from Master Lin.
