Yourself and your relationship with your girlfriend. That's where the problem lies. It has nothing whatsoever to do with her ex... the ex is the ex by a choice she made.

When i was much younger, I was in a relationship and I was jealous all the time. I would read books and articles on how to help jealousy and I was always beating myself up for being jealous. Then at a later time, I found out that she had been cheating on me with the people that I was jealous about. Now when I look back, I had every right to be jealous! My gut was telling me something and I was beating myself up about it because I wanted the relationship to work. I suggest you take a look at why you think you are jealous.
