My first question is when they say to put your tongue on the roof of your mouth, is the position on the roof of the mouth right behind the teeth or is it more straight up in the middle of the mouth?

When they say to spin the energy clockwise, does that mean that I am the clock and it goes in that direction or does it mean I am facing a clock?

Thanks!

Royal,
#1: put the tongue against the roof of the mouth right behind the teeth. Kind of like you are saying the letter "L."

#2: You are the clock, so it's starting at "12" and going to the left toward "3."

Hope this helps!
Hugs,
Cawwie
