I am wondering if I have read the sleeves of the paraliminal tapes do I have to reread them every time after. I travel quite a bit in my work and I put all of these into my IPod. But all of the 30+ LSC disks are in my IPod. (a lot better than carring a stack of Cd's) And the other thing is I do not know where I put the sleeves. If I need to read the material first can I download the affirmation from somewhere.

They are not available for download. Fortunately Paul repeats the similar instructions at the beginning of each Paraliminal. Just make sure you take a moment to consider them.

Can you download these CD's with all its componenents to an iPod and get the same information (holosync etc.) as the original CD's?

yes, as long as you down load it as a wave file, you will not loose any of the effects.

MP3 will always lose something. The less you compress the less you lose. I recommend I high with variable bitrate. Feedback has been that while the file is larger the results are closer to the same deep results you get from the CDs. If in doubt compare your experience with the downloaded to iPod version with the original CD. You'll be the best judge of whether there is any loss for you.

I have converted mine to MP3 and get excellent sound quality. I use a noise cancelling headset and I feel I get the same sound as on the CD. I can turn the volume down lower since the surrounding sounds are blocked. There is a tiny microphone in each side that gathers sounds around you and blocks them out so you can play your MP3 players at a much lower volume. Saves you from hearing loss!!!
