Hi Everyone,
Am wondering whether it is alright for me to just set my goals for a listening session and just listen to the sleep track of any paraliminal.
Would save much time if I do not have to listen to whole paraliminal when under the pressure of time at work.

I recommend listening to the beginning track that takes you to the sleep track. It helps you to clarify and think of your goal for a second time. Which adds impact to your listening session. Coming out is also recommended to get you back into action.

Have you considered playing the sleep track in the background while working? I find when I put it on with a goal in mind. I occasionally think of the goal again and listen for about an hour. Get my work done while I am listening.

I lot of times before lying down on bed, I listen to track 1 and 2 and then set the sleet track #3 in repeat mode in my CD player.
