Aloha 4space,

Marie recommeds not having them above your bed, or at least running while your sleeping.

Much Love, Shawn

How about ceiling fans in the living room, dining room or kitchen?

Thanks, marielena

Your bedroom is a different situation, since you're sleeping there for a number of hours and it the main time for your body to reballance.

Fans can be important in some houses depending on the climate, if they don't have air conditioning, etc. In some spaces it may be best to have them running on low if they need to the circulation.

Much Love, Shawn
