Master Lin says you can add honey to the water, if you don't like honey can you add something like lemon or lime? Will this ruin the effects of the water? Also can you drink it any time other than 30 min. before breakfast, say in the afternoon for a little boost?

Hello all,

I started Q about 4 days ago and I feel like I'm getting the hang of it. Trying to take it ez on myself and not be a perfectionist.

re: yywater: why boil the water?

is it ok that it's microwaved?

is it okay if i throw a teabag in there too? or does the water lose it's properties in the time it takes to let the tea steep?

finally, is sparklett's ok? is there some really good water you would recommend?

peace,

mm

rocklad, nice to see you're not being a perfectionist, although you are perfection.

Remember good, better, best? You can answer your own yin yang water questions; can't you?

Master Lin says radiant or conductive heat is better energy than microwave. But boiling water and cold water is better yin yang water than a mix of cold and cold.

If you get to the black sesame tea directions, you can yin yang it. I do. So can you use hot tea water in yin yang... of course. But if it was best Master Lin would probably directed us to make and drink yin yang tea.

If you don't have a spring, with nice clean cold water, bubbling in your back yard, then use the best water you do have.

I feel that the yin yang water is the best thing you can drink to help balance your bodies qi. Tea, honey, black sesame seeds, and other things have their own special qi, but the best for balance in yin yang water.

You are perfection.
