What is the purpose of gently bouncing before beginning the active exercise?

Hi beammeup. I beleive the reason for the
bouncing is to wake up the the bodies
energy faster.

Dear Beammeup,

From a medical perspective, two primary physical issues occur while bouncing. One, the lymph system is stimulated and an acceleration of accummulated toxic buildup is released, and second, the blood flow is increased and this activation oxygenates the blood and reduces stagnation.

It also makes you feel good. That's a personal observation.

What's happening in Mass. these days?
