Has anybody used Paraliminals or any other Learning Strategy Products (or any others), to help them overcome stuttering. The main product I am using at the moment is Holosync;my attitude to Holosync is that it is a tool for long term use. Holosync has certainly helped me confidence wise.

Thanks for your attention.

Listen to New Behavior Generator and think of times when you have not been stuttering. Use that as your model. Self-Esteem Supercharger and Perfect Health might also help.

And, if you have Spring Forest Qigong, Pete Bissonette said that he knows of people who practice Qigong and have controlled and even stopped their stuttering.

Good luck!

You might want to try the Personal Magnetism tape. I mention this because the tape has one think of a person with strong magnetic qualities, and I believe James Earl Jones qualifies as such a person. James Earl Jones also had a problem with stuttering.

The difference in the behavior generation between New Behavior Generator and Instantaneous Personal Magnetism is the way the modification is defined. IPM stops "leakages" (subtractive change), while NBG replaces or adds a behavior (generative change).

Does Pete Bisonette have any information as to which excercises in Spring Forest Qigong were of particular benefit in overcoming stuttering,or is it just following the whole program.

Thanks

Nick, these were people who practiced Level 1 Qigong active exercises and sitting meditation.
