I would love to wake up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, I cannot remember the last time I did so I will try Personal Genius to see if this helps me in this area also.

If I can just ask please, Is your goal for this paraliminal aimed at how you would like to feel when you wake up or do you use PG for a different goal but still wake up feeling great?

When I listen to Memory Supercharger when I go to sleep I feel like a Zillion bucks when I wake up in the morning.

I use Self Esteem Supercharger as a base for all my other Paraliminals. But this one I dont listen to it while going to sleep.
