After working a couple of months with photoreading I would like to know how long it has to take to get to the alfa level where I say the affirmations ?

If you close your eyes? About 30 seconds. Just closing the eyes quickly increases the alpha waves. At the very least not focusing on anything with hard focus will also increase alpha. Daydreaming is dominant in alpha waves even when the eyes are open because the person is not focusing on the world around them but on an inner world in their minds eye.
