OP SkyEatsAirplane Junior Member Joined: Feb 2007 Posts: 3 New Jersey	Ive always been intrested in 'Lucid Dreaming' and Im just now learning about the fun people have while experiencing their OBE. For the past week I've tried and tried to have one, but nothing is working. I think I need more experience in this before I can actually witness firsthand, an OBE. Does anyone have any tips on how to have an OBE? If so, please tell me.

After reading this article I searched the net for Info on this and came across this from the Monroe Institute. http://www.hemi-sync.com/store/product.php?productid=1631&cat=10&page=1 Maybe this is something that you can use.
