Hi

I was wondering if anyone can suggest or recommend headphones that are suitable for using with programs like Holosync etc. The headphones I am using at the moment don't sound that good even when listening to music. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Regards
Steve.

For the Holosync program you will want some that get the low frequencies. For the Paraliminal just decent comfortable headphones will do. The Paraliminals use Holosync technology but have nothing to do with the Holosync course and levels.

Thanks Alex.

Just one more question. As regards Holosync and using headphones with low frequencies, how low are we talking about? Can you give me any ideas so I can search for a suitable pair?

Regards
Steve

I recommend Etymotic in ear headphones. They sound great and they remove unwanted outside noise. I use the ER-4P. My wife uses the ER-6I with her ipod. Expensive but worth it.

Hi Stevie,

I would check these because they are well priced and are used for a similar program as Holosync: http://www.perfectmeditation.com/index_files/Products.htm

P.S.: I haven't tried them yet because I'm not at a high Holosync level but considering Centerpointe offering Sony headphones for $97, it could be a deal.

Sennheiser makes a good model of earphones that are listed at around $200 but actually sell for around 90 bucks. They are ear covering headphones with a full range.

For in-ear headphones, I've found shure headphones to be pretty good.

You need to make sure the shure ear-buds are in properly to get good deep tones, and the buds will sound a bit tinny at first. Once they are used for a day or so, the tinny-ness disappears and the sound is smoother. Guess you have to break them in. Anyway, I use the shure ear-buds all the time now.

I find the Sennheiser headphones offer a richer, fuller sound, but they are quite bulky.
