Although I've listened to Get Around To It four or five times since I
received it a few weeks ago, early this a.m. when I couldn't fall back
to sleep I listened to sessions A and B and it was as though I had
never heard them before. Granted, sometimes I've fallen asleep
while listening, or listened between the two voices without trying
to understand either one. But this morning I seemed to be more tuned in
or focused on what Paul was saying.

So I'm curious if some of you here have found some listening sessions
making more of an impression than other sessions.

Hello Osokin,

Yes what you are experiencing is perfectly normal. Depending upon your thoughts, your purpose, your state, your environment, the time at which you are listening, rest assured each Paraliminal listening session will be different than the other even if you are listening to the same CD each time. This is actually the beauty of the Paraliminals.

In you case it is very evident that you have never tried listening to it in the wee hours of morning. Consequently you didn't have any thoughts about how your day went, running in your mind. As a result you were able to immerse yourself deeply in the experience. Further this time your purpose, I guess, was to go back to sleep. And if I am not mistaken you have never listened to the Paraliminal with the same purpose before.

I hope what I am saying makes sense to you. Anyways, inspired by your experience, I will myself try listening to the Paraliminal sometime during the early morning.

God bless you.

Kind regards

Thank you, Vaibhav, for your reply. I believe it was the first time I
listened to a paraliminal in the wee hours of the a.m. As for not
thinking about the worries of the day, that wasn't true. I awoke
with worries. But you're likely correct that my purpose was to
return to sleep. It was probably the first time I chose a paraliminal
rather than watch t.v. or go online as I've done in the past when
not being able to fall asleep.

As I'm writing this at 5:45 a.m., I have been awake since 2:30 a.m.
and have listened to Sonic Access Success and my Awakening Prologue (Centerpointe) CDs.

Make sure you leave a 20 minute break between listening sessions. You don't always need both A and B. The purpose of each session is somewhat different. I find you get the best results by listening to one of the two sessions and leaving it for a day or two and see what happens. Many times the other session becomes redundant and I can focus on using a different Paraliminal.
