Hi everyone,

I hope everyone is having a great week! I wanted to post an update regarding my health, I previously had posted a message about how I have something called vitiligo. Ever since that post I've been doing a little better. I started to meditate and picturing in my mind the white areas on my skin healing and my pigment being restored. The same images I saw in my mind I would now see on my skin, hence my pigment is coming back!! No lie!! Except the process is a little slow and I seem to only be healing on certain parts I can really concentrate on. I was wondering if someone can give me advice regarding healing my body as a whole instead of just parts. How should I meditate and heal my body completely all together?

Try meditation on the whole body. Not just the parts. It's excellent that you've got results in a specific area it boosts the expectations when you work more on the whole and like pushing a car to start it takes more energy at first but once you get momentum it will go and then suddenly speed up.

Try seeing yourself on a mental screen like you want to see yourself. You can visualise extra healing energy working on the problem areas while looking at the whole.
