when in the process of photoreading is it ok to consciously "hear" a song in your head and focus on it? would it be better to focus on what I've already learned through previewing? or would it be best if I just cleared my mind of everything, didn't think of the material in the book and just focused on the chant only?

i've tried each of these and I can't seem to see which one is better\best......please help.

thanks,
C

I'd go with the recommended chant, aside from the positive affirmations it also has a nice rhythm for page turning.

Watch the song you hear in your head. It can be telling your mind it's okay this isn't important. The song if it's like a nursery rhyme or abc would work but I prefer the same message over and over it keeps my focus.
