What paraliminal can I use to calm my mind so that it doesn't run 1000 miles per hours at times? Would new behavior generator be effective for eliminating the amount of thinking and analyzing one does?

Thanks.

Hey Dorian

I have had the same problem for a while now - my brain is constantly going crazy, pondering many many different things in any given minute!!

I have to say that the book "Greatest Salesman in The World" by Og Mandino was a huge piece of my puzzle for recovery.

It's a very short book - with an interesting story line ... and offering 10 principles on becoming a great salesperson ... however, if your not a salesperson, the principles and writings will still affect you.

Since reading through the chapters on that ... I can honestly say since then (a month or so) .... I've noticed a massive change in my head - I'm a lot more calm and cool ...

I tend to read a part of the book every day - I lost it bout a week ago, but just spotted it under my front seat of my car ... I will read it tonight!

Wow Dave, that's a great testimonial. Another recommended book I am buying because of this forum! I need help getting a grip on myself also. You sound really motivated! Seems like the book is good for confidence issues...

Try Personal Genius. It should get your mind calm and focused. One of my favorites.

First thing is to set a goal. It might be O.K., to have your mind going 1000 miles per hours, as long as that energy is directed towards something.

Also, use Paul's 3, 2, 1 method to getting into the accelerated learning state.

Deep Relaxation and now the New Paraliminal Focus and Concentration would be my choice.
