What I am wondering is,after photoreading a book can I go right into photoreading another book? Will this cause a problem with my comprehension of each individual book?

Don't worry about being in the wrong section as many of us are also photoreaders too.
In answer to your question if you are starting out one book a day is enough to encourage your brain in getting used to the process. This also includes the activation process after pr'ing.
After a week or so you could photoread other books similar to the first one, you could try Direct learning as part of the process to get into the habit of photoreading. I promise that within a month you will notice a difference in your subconcious responses.
