Good Evening,

I have been practicing (infrequently-once a week) Level 1 exercises along with the DVD. I have enjoyed my experience. After one session I felt completely different. I actually got up out of bed when I woke up and I wasn't sleeping in all morning and taking a nap. That alone is enough for me to praise SFQ. Something that i began to notice the same day, off and on through out the past two weeks has been a metallic taste in my mouth. I notice it even more when I touch metal or foil. I have been using plastic silverware because the thought of putting a metal fork in my mouth makes my jaw tighten. Could this be associated with my SFQ experience? Is it an indication of something I need to take note of?

I appreciate all the input.

Sarah

Aloha Sarah,

I can't say I've heard of that metal-specific response to doing the work. It may be related, or it may not. It sounds like you are respecting whats happening and continuing your exercises and meditations to assist with any balancing that is and needs to happen.

Much Love, Shawn
