Hi all,

I have been feeling extra tense on and off for awhile. Some tell me it is menopause related. Will Qigong help with menopause? I'm thinking it is worth a try.

Also have you had experiences with qigong being good for the mind and memory?

thanks,

I have found Qigong good for everything. Plus, I believe if the human brain has the capacity to cause problems, it has the capacity to cure them using any means you can. Wish you well.

Aloha scooter,

Chunyi spent a whole afternoon talking about Women's health at the 6-day retreat last week.

The Breast Massage found in the Level Two course (part of the "Deluxe Course," is a real gem regarding balancing out a variety of menstruation and reproductive issues.

He and some of his advanced practitioners are hosting a women's health expo in Minneapolis. December 7 & 8, 2007.

You can call for more information: 952-593-5555.

Much Love, Shawn
