I know you get alot of suggestions but mine is different and for some reson I have have a strong urge to write my idea anyway have you ever though about puttting a 20 min meditation track between track A and B for paraliminals with two sessions for people like me who drift off sometimes

Oooh, I like that suggestion! There are a few tapes/CDs that ask you to wait 20 minutes before tackling the next track. Sounds like a good moment (20 minutes)to make use of some sonic access style meditation... Thought I'd add my voice!

The 20 minute break is a 20 minute break from all meditations and forms of entrainment.

Actually between sessions A & B a 24 hour break is much better. It allows you to integrate what you get from the first session. You might even need to do it again a couple of times before doing session B. Impatience doesn't make the Paraliminals work better. They work better when you just notice what you get and adjust. Like adjusting to the tempo of the next dance.
