I don't think that converting the CDs tp mp3 format will affect their effectiveness. I've converted all my paraliminal cds to mp3s so that I can listen to them on my ipod and they have been working fine for me so far :-)

There are a lot of posts on this subject. Personally I adjust the quality of the rip to the highest setting, its the holosync that can get lost when converting.

I have been having success with the New Option Generator. Even if I don't come up with specific solutions to any particular problems, during the day when I am confused, I automatically start thinking of different ways to approach the problem. It comes easier with practice.
