Hi,

I have searched through the forum and haven't found anyone mentioning motion sickness. I have it when riding in the car, including the front seat, planes, watching someone play a video game etc. Can qigong help resolve this?

Thanks!
Tammy

Aloha Tammy,

I don;t have a "do this specific thing" for motion sickness. Its and imbalance/blockage. The people I know with it mostly didn't have it when they were young, but do now.

It would be interesting to have someone scan for blockages "while" you are having it.

Much Love, Shawn

Hi Tam

Try the small universe before and after travelling. The longer the better but 30 mins should be sort of the minimum.

Please let me know if this does the trick.
