I'm starting Get Around To It tomorrow. I procrastinate a lot to avoid studying, need to stop that. Anyway, I understand its baout 40+ mins, tracks A and B. Should I listen to them back to back or one each day? I have another track (non learning strategies, diff goal as well) that I'd like to listen to every other day, but maybe I can cycle the 3 tracks, ie use 3 days to get thru all 3 tracks. Or I could even listen to tracks A and B on the same day but at different times? Anyway do please get back asap so that I can start tomorrow

Cheers
Dan

Listen to the track that most suits your current need. You may never need to listen to both tracks.

Never listen back to back. You don't give yourself an opportunity to integrate what you have gained from the one session to really benefit from the next. It works best if you leave 24 hours between sessions.
