With photofocus, is there such a thing as being "too relaxed"? I something feel that my eyes look "too far ahead" when looking as though "through" the book. I have been practicing looking at the fuzzy picture in the photoread folder but i jsut cant keep the same depth of focus.

Does less information for ot the unconscious mind if my eyes are "too relaxed" andthe pages are "too blurry"?

I would apprecite any help

thanks

Hey Deniz,

I'm pretty sure you can't get "too relaxed." As a matter of fact, if I were you, I would try to get even more deeply relaxed. You'll probably perform better.

I don't think the pages can get too blurry either. This might be really good for you, since your conscious mind won't be able to disturb you or get in the way of processing the information.

Just trust yourself, and trust what you're doing, and the results will come faster.
