I've been going through the active exercises almost everyday now, for between 15 and 30 minutes at a time.
I feel great afterwards, I can think clearly, I'm mentally relaxed.
But I feel physically fatigued. My muscles sort of ache, and it's hard to move.
While going through some steps, I feel my legs shaking, as if they can't stand anymore. I even feel like I'm about to sweat, and feel very warm.
Is this normal for beginners? Will I become less tired afterwards if I keep going with Qigong after a while?
