Before listening I make a mindmap of the results to achieve with the title of the paraliminal in the middle.

Can you explain in more detail? Does that mean that you see where you are now then where you want to be...with a 'road' so to speak connecting them?

I started by writing the title of the paraliminal in the middle,then I answeres the questions in the booklet on my mind around the title. All these connections started forming I did not realize how many things I was focusing on at one time it mainly gave me a clearer view on what to focus on before listening. This do not pertain to the paraliminals but I personally got into the habit when a idea comes to my head I jump on it and write it down even if I have to get out of bed.
