When viewing documents hands free in Acrobat I find that by the time I really get a good rhythm going the book is finished. Here is a way to combine multiple files into one pdf so you can go for longer and develop an even more relaxed state while photoreading:

Hi thanks for sharing.
I think this is paid version.
You can also try pdfsam software.
Its freely available and can be used to split and merge pdf files.
