I sure do love that Paraliminal session at the end of the course!

If I understand it correctly, you don't have to vocalize your ISs, right? Paul mentions how your memory skills will help you remember what you saw so you can record it afterward.

I've had good results with being quiet during the session then typing the ISs afterward, though I notice it works best if I type immediately afterward, rather than waiting awhile.

I am a screenwriter and ISing has help me come up with some really cool stuff (both subtle character stuff and actual images to put in my screenplays). It's hard to imagine (no pun intended) life before ImageStreaming!

Thank you, Win and LSC!

It's still best if you vocalise it and record it. You can find yourself really deep into that Paraliminal and it's easy to miss things like the sudden intake of your breath when caught by surprise. Hearing the recording again makes it easier to decode the IS.
