Plan to do Sitting Meditation/Self-Concentration while on a plane. Is this a good idea? Any tips? Would something else be more appropriate for the situation?

Thanks,

Diane

Diane,
I remember Master Lin had indicated that he does the Small Universe while traveling.
He said it helps with jet lag, among all the other things it does for us.

I am planning on trying to do that when I fly across country in August.

Aloha,

You can do any of them or the active exercises. Small Universe is ideal in that situation.

I practice the small universe all the time when traveling on trains and buses. Walking is great too. It synchronizes everything for me. About the only time that I don't is when I'm driving.

It's already been answered, but here's my two cents:

You can practice SFQ *anywhere* in the Universe. \:\)
