I would like to invite more of us to share our healing experiences here--both healing on our selves, as well as with others.

I know Chunyi Lin encourages this, because it helps build confidence and faith. We do this in our local SFQ support group and it really does help us all build confidence and faith.

I will start by just briefly sharing that my migraines (at least to the point of needing the medicine I used to take) are a thing of the past due to my SFQ practice and healing experiences. So too, my hiatal hernia is gone, or at least the symptoms are gone.

I have been blessed to been part of the healing experience using SFQ for people ranging from arthritic pain to heart murmurs to even more serious issues. More in a future post, but let that be a tease to you! ;\)

Let's see some action here! Please share you healing stories and breakthroughs with us. Even simple rashes, sleep issues, small pains, whatever. We all need to hear/read these and it helps us all to share it with others.

Looking forward to hearing yours!

I would like to share my amazing healing story that took place in less than 1 week of doing QI. My 9 year old daughter has scoliosis. She has been wearing a brace since the age of 5. The curve on her spine has never changed, not even with the brace. We even tried 40 visits to a chiropractor and no change. This curve is visible with the naked eye. Last Tuesday, I received Spring Forest Qigong and have put so much time in learning and practicing this program in hopes of helping her. I'm so excited to say the curve on her spine is less and less every day. I can't wait to hear what her doctor says in 4 weeks. I will keep you posted. Also, my 5 year old digestive problems, gone! For the last couple of months every time she ate, she had stomach pain. Her pediatrician wanted to send her to a GI specialists and I'm happy to say my daughter has been pain free for about 5 days.....yipeeeeee!!! My husband has had a lump beneath his Jaw line for years. The doctor says it's a fatty pocket. The lump seems to get bigger with time. It's been 3 days since I've done the healing on him and the lump is not hard in the middle anymore and is getting smaller by the day! I'm so happy I could cry. Especially for my daughter with scoliosis. The thought of her never wearing a brace again, is very much in sight. I can not believe how much straighter her spine is getting and I know because I've been looking at the curve for 4 years. My family is living proof this program works! Thank you Master Lin! You are truly a miracle worker! God Bless...Love & Light!

Bella - I teach in a high school but in another life I was a teacher and later the principal of a PreK - 8 school. I have a special place in my heart for the young ones. Your story has really touched me and I am overjoyed for you and your children, as well as your husband!

For myself, despite doing Reiki and Qigong (at various times) on my knee, it still pops like two pool balls on a billiard table at every step. There's no pain, but the noise is becoming embarassing. Other than a TMJ problem, I don't have any other medical issues to speak of.

I have a friend though, who had a large mass in her cervix. With her permission, I began including her in my daily meditations (around 2 to 3pm and again from 9 to 10pm), during which I send Reiki for a time and now have recently added the Qigong healing technique.

She's also been receiving long-distance Reiki from I-don't-know-how-many-people (could be dozens!) and in her last e-mail to me she said that the mass had reduced in size to a fraction of what it originally was.

Now, I am pretty sure she's also under the care of an oncologist and/or gynecologist, and that she's probably been receiving radiation or chemo or whatever. Still, she says her doctors are very pleased and more than a little surprised at the rate with which she is healing.

Wow. Thanks to both Bella and MB for sharing these experiences. Most especially to Bella: that is just remarkable and awe inspiring!

You might want to contact the Spring Forest Qigong center, if you haven't already. They are collecting such healing stories to help spread the word.

Thank you both for contributing to this thread.

Healing for me, this has been at different levels.

I started qigong to be proactive about my health. I felt that if I could prevent something before it happened it would create a better quality of life.

I do not have any serious health issues. But I did have respiratory allergies for as long as I can remember. In fact I could only breath through one nostril for a long time. During the spring and summer months it was really bad, I would have to take those over the counter medications quite a bit and the side effects were sometimes worse than the allergies.

But now I do not have ANY allergy issues. NONE. Both nostrils work now. \:\)

I also used to have migraines quite often. Since I was a teenager. They were debilitating and sometimes I wish I could take off my head. I don't have that problem any more either.

But I think the greatest change that occurred from SFQ was the peace of mind that began to flow. Once the monkey mind calmed down I could see life differently. Less stress and anxiety. More calm and stillness. Which is what I want most in my life. Also the desire to help others receive the blessing from SFQ.

There is a lot more that I could tell. I think the wisdom I have gained is the greatest gift.

Hi all,
I am wondering if I can use the "healing other's" part on myself to heal headaches for example. Thanks in advance!

JeffreyC, thanks for sharing these important healing experiences. I guess "serious" is all relative, but I know what you mean: not life-threatening nor seriously debiliating.

Nevertheless, having had migraines and allergies, both, I also know how much they can impair one's life.

I also how grateful I am for the healing of those conditions!

And as you say, peace of mind and wisdom are the most important healing gifts we can get.

I am getting there!

Please feel free to share some of the "lot more" that you "could tell". As much of it as you feel good sharing.

I know reading these are helping me. I feel even more inspired. And I imagine it is helping others, as well (including some of you lurkers out there! You know who you are! ;\) )

And to anyone else reading this as well, if you have experienced healing in SFQ, with yourself and/or others: share those healing experiences. No healing experience is too small or too great to share here. The more we share, the better our practice will grow.

Thank you, Willy for sharing all of that. That is truly wonderful what has happened to your blood pressure. I can relate to the feeling of needing "much more concentration" to be really effective. I have ADHD and I often feel this lack.

However, I can tell you that the more I practice, a) the more confident I get with or without more concentration and b) I also am getting more focused! So, there is no downside to practicing helping others. In some way, it will always help, if you do it with love.

That's great to hear that you are planning on attending the October retreat. I wish I could. You will learn a lot and more importantly, for anyone open, you will find breakthroughs in opening your heart and mind.

Thanks again for sharing.
