Have you ever practiced SFQ in thin air?

I have been practicing SFQ for three weeks now and feeling the benefits from it.

This week my wife and I are spending our summer holiday in the Eastern Sierra's (California).

Last Friday I went on a hike up to a mountain lake, elevation 11,000 ft., where the air is thin.

I stood on the shore of the lake and took in the beauty of the majestic mountains.

Then I thought of practicing Spring Forest Qigong.

I began with "Forming of Yin & Yang, Moving of Yin & Yang, Breathing of the Universe, and Joining of Yin & Yang; ending with Harvesting Qi."

I felt very calm and when I opened my eyes I noticed everything in nature as one. It's hard to explain. It was a spiritual moment.

An ideal place and setting for qigong! No wonder you got the results you did! Sounds great!

Everything IS one, we (everyone) just needs to realize it. ;\)
